Which diet plans really pay off?
Jenny Craig and Weight Watchers are the old stalwarts in the group. The dieters have to make their own food choices, and all of the foods are assigned points value and the dieters count the points rather than calories or fat grams. The diet delivers a fairly high calorie count - 1, per day - but gets low nutrition marks for its big doses of saturated fats, which can potentially lead to heart disease. Odds are good, that most people have heard of both of them these days, but which diet is going to work best for weight loss?
