I enjoy my vegetable soup with bold Irish potato or boild beans. By d end I find it very hard to eat more than pce of the potato ,even less than ten spoon of the boild beans bcos I get so full frm eating loads of d soup.

D diet plan was well understood. But U see, egg yolk contains high cholesterol, and as such should be three times a week. I have started the diet plan and I hope it will help me loss weight. On the issue of eggs, I happen to be a doctor and I know for sure that many researches are still ongoing as to whether are worsen cholesterol or heart disease. That being said, eggs are a very good source of protein and the quantity u wld consume for the 2weeks or 1month of d diet plan wld cos more good than harm.
