Looking at Shakeology and Yoli now. Woman finds Marine's ring on beach, tracks down owner. That is a LOT to remember. I just saw another site that said malitol is the most common in sugar-free products but has a high GI index. Do you think I'd be ok if I mostly looked out for that? I think the meals are ok. I am mostly referring to their candies and bars. They have the worst kind of sugar alcohols in them. They will often stall or slow down weight loss. They even kick some from ketosis.

I know the meals are little carbier than if you made them yourself, but I feel it can be with the convenance. Oh good, I dumped a decent amount of money into those, and you're totally right about the convenience. I can make breakfast and dinner, but an easy lunch is something I can stick with. I tried to be hardcore but I couldn't do it. Might as well just drink Soylent Green at that point lol. I need some variety, and luckily that's more possible when your more lax. High on carbs, you get like 4 noodles and the you just end up eating globs of solidified cheese. Haha I didn't even buy that one, I figured I'm not going to get a good, frozen, low carb pasta. The crustless pot pies were good.
