Can you please tell me how you determined the food options that fit into the Smart Carb and Power Fuel categories? The peanut butter bar was okay. As with any diet, the first couple days are the hardest, but the meals are packaged wonderfully and are very convenient. They where out of the regular package so I got the nutrisystem D package. I worked out at the gym at lunch and was able to gain an extra calories back. After using the kit for five days I have lost a total of 2. Overall, I liked the program and look forward to repeating the next five days with the second box I have and maybe dropping another 2 pounds.
I also found a few coupons and went back to Wal-Mart and was able to purchase two more kits for Diabetes. I will test them out as well and write another detailed blog like this one. I would love to continue with this program as long as I can purchase the kits at my local store.
From what I understand these are just tester boxes but I hope they develop this further. I would love to see these products sold separate in the stores so I could create my own meals, leaving out the pot pie. I have always wondered if people really stuck to this plan, it just seems like so little to eat. I think it is definitely something you could put together on your own with calorie counting. Hey Lynda, Nice work getting through the 5th day. The weight loss is great. Your comments throughout this last day are quite telling about whether this is a diet that could actually work for you. It was only 5 days and yet this final day sounds awful. Your email address will not be published.

Glad you found something that works for you. Congrats on the 5. I would be starving too! Just eat healthy and exercise…. Oh man, I forgot about those cinnamon bun bars. They are SO good! That was surprising to me. I think it probably was the best thing on their plan that I ate. I have zero advice for dieting.
The Kits are set up to provide you enough meals for a 5-day week, while still eating dinner with your friends or family. This means each kit includes 5 pre-made breakfast options, 5 lunches, and 5 different snacks to choose from. So, Nutrisystem will have your meals covered for most of the day, over a 5-day period. While you still get to eat dinner with your family, you will need to stay on track and feast on healthy meals when not using the food Nutrisystem provides. With the kit you will be eating 6 smalls meals per day, including some fresh produce and other grocery items that you will have to supply.
Personally, I would stick with options like Walmart or purchase directly from the Nutrisystem website, just to ensure that what you are buying is authentic and fresh. With a baseline price starting under. The cost can go up, however, depending on which kit you go with:.
In addition to the 5-day kits, Walmart also offers a broad selection of other Nutrisystem products.
