I have been doing 2x a day. So as of now i am loving this product. When you add the peanut butter do you just put the powder, milk, and peanut butter in the shaker and shake? Or do you use a blender as well. So I got my shake today……I could not wait to try it. So I immediately had one for breakfast,the taste was not what I expected……..
